Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.

Returns & Refunds

1. Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products
2. Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images/video proof

Refund Process

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

Customized or used products are not eligible for return or refund unless damaged on arrival.
